H Deen Kaplan

Deen Kaplan practices in the areas of international trade law and policy, customs/homeland security law, immigration law, and international arbitration. He represents a broad range of clients before U.S. federal agencies that regulate international trade matters, including the Department of Commerce, International Trade Commission, Trade Representative's office, and Customs and Border Protection. Deen also represents clients in several international fora, including dispute settlement proceedings before the World Trade Organization (WTO), NAFTA disputes, and trade-related bilateral and multilateral negotiations. Deen’s areas of concentration include countervailing and antidumping duty litigation, WTO policy and dispute resolution, subsidy law policy, security and trade, trade in technology products, and trade sector analysis.
