Mr. Drendel has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CommScope, Inc., a manufacturer of coaxial cable and supplier of high-performance electronics cables, since 1976. Mr. Drendel is also a director of the National Cable Television Association. Mr. Drendel served as a director of Nextel Communications, Inc. from August 1997 until its merger with Sprint Corporation in August 2005, and he has served as one of our directors since 2005.
