Jenn Baird serves as Counsel for Off Hill Strategies, a boutique lobbying firm serving high profile clients with inroads to conservative leaders. Jenn’s career in Washington, D.C. has given her a holistic perspective on the political process as she has practiced law, worked in the non-profit sector, managed her own private consulting firm and worked for members in both the House and Senate. In addition, her years spent nurturing a growing family while serving her community and church, have enriched her understanding of and commitment to conservative values. Baird launched her career in the office of a U.S. Representative, attended law school and then clerked in the intellectual property unit of the Senate Judiciary Committee before working at the law/lobbying firm of McGuiness and Holch. Jenn eventually worked again for another House member, where she focused on technology and telecommunication issues on the House and Energy Commerce Committee. She later managed her own consulting firm and focused on tech policy before working for the Christian Legal Society, where she developed and implemented strategies for CLS support legal aid ministries across the country. Since launching Off Hill Strategies with her husband in 2014, Baird has navigated issues in healthcare, business, taxation, technology, energy, governance and other issues for a vast array of clients. Baird received her B.A. from Florida State University in 1997 and her J.D. at the University of Baltimore in 2001, before becoming a member of the Maryland State Bar.
