Gordon M Bethune

Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines, Inc., an international commercial airline company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines from 1994 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 until December 31, 2004. He is a director of Honeywell International Inc., Willis Group Holdings, Limited and Prudential Financial, Inc., and Chairman of the Board of Aloha Airgroup, Inc. Mr. Bethune has served as one of our directors since March 2004.
