James R Ukropina

Mr. Ukropina is Of Counsel with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. Prior to that he was corporate law partner with O'Melveny & Myers. Mr. Ukropina has over 35 years of experience as a director on boards of publicly held corporations. He has served as a Director of Lockheed Martin Corporation and Pacific Life Insurance Company, and as a Member of Board of Trustees of Stanford University and the Keck Foundation. For the Lockheed Martin Board, Mr. Ukropina served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee and Nominating Committee of the Board and as a member of the Audit Committee. At Pacific Life, he was a member of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Investment Committee. For the Stanford Board of Trustees, Mr. Ukropina was a Vice Chair of the Board and Chairman of the University’s Presidential Search Committee in 2000. Mr. Ukropina earned his B.A. from Stanford University, his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business Administration and his L.L.B. from the University of Southern California Law School.
