Ms. Carolyn Kindle serves as Vice President and Executive Director of Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Ms. Kindle started her career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an intern while attending college. She joined the Enterprise full-time as a Management Trainee in Oklahoma, working behind the rental counter and learning the importance of superior customer service, an Enterprise trademark. After earning a promotion to Assistant Manager at the Tulsa airport, she moved to St. Louis in 2001 to work in the Fleet Services (now Fleet Management) division at the Enterprise corporate office. In 2003, she changed roles to work with the national marketing management team, where she was responsible for local corporate accounts. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Rental in January 2007. In 2010, she transitioned her position to focus on philanthropy and community relations in the St. Louis area. She served as Secretary for the Crawford Taylor Foundation, the Taylor family’s philanthropic foundation, before assuming her current position in January of 2013. As Executive Director of the Enterprise Holdings Foundation, she draws upon her previous operational and philanthropic experience to develop and implement the Foundation’s philanthropic strategies and objectives. She also leads the quarterly meetings where the Foundation board reviews grant applications submitted by Enterprise Holdings employees on behalf of community organizations with which they are involved. She graduated from University of Tulsa.
