Caroline Tsay

In present position since 2017. Prior to joining Compute Software, she was VP and general manager of software at Hewlett Packard for three years, and held six years of product leadership roles across consumer search, e-commerce and advertising businesses at Yahoo!, with responsibility for the Yahoo! Search, Shopping, Homes, Autos, and Travel properties. Caroline is Vice President and General Manager of the Online Business at HP Software, and a member of the Rosetta Stone Board of Directors. Prior to HP, Caroline was Senior Director of Product Management for Search and E-Commerce at Yahoo!. She also spent three years at IBM as a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management. As a global senior executive, Caroline is known for rapidly growing consumer internet and enterprise SaaS businesses. Her expertise lies in: • Pioneering new business models and strategies • Innovative user experience and product development in web, mobile, and SaaS • Data-driven, optimized audience targeting, and end-to-end marketing and sales execution • Customer and user acquisition initiatives • Hiring top talent and building effective teams and culture Caroline holds an MS in Management Science and Engineering, and a BS in Computer Science, both from Stanford University. She has been named for several prestigious honors, including Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology.
