Christopher E. Kubasik is Executive Vice President of the Lockheed Martin Electronic Systems Business Area. Mr. Kubasik was appointed to his current position on September 1, 2007. Prior to assuming that post, Mr. Kubasik served, since February 2001, as the Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer. In that capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the corporation’s financial strategies, processes and operations. Mr. Kubasik is Chairman of the Board of Sandia Corporation and is on the Board of Directors of Lockheed Martin UK Holdings, Ltd. He previously was the vice chairman of the Lockheed Martin Diversity Council, chairman of the Ethics and Business Conduct Steering Committee, and chairman of the Lockheed Martin Investment Management Company (LMIMCo). Mr. Kubasik also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Marsico Investment Fund. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 1999, Mr. Kubasik was with Ernst & Young, LLP where he was admitted to the partnership in 1996. Mr. Kubasik was born in Cheverly, Maryland, March 26, 1961. He earned his bachelor’s degree (Magna Cum Laude) in accounting from the University of Maryland’s School of Business in 1983. In 1997, he attended the Executive Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. In 2004, he completed the Systems Acquisition Management Course for Flag Officers at the Defense Acquisition University, Fort Belvoir. In 2008, Mr. Kubasik received an Executive Engineering Certificate from Carnegie Mellon.
