Ms. Rock previously served as a manager with the international audit, tax, and advisory firm, KPMG LLP. She managed a variety of strategic planning and business process improvement projects for the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, and the Defense Logistics Agency. These projects aided government clients with financial management, information technology, logistics, and equipment valuation processes. Prior to KPMG, Ms. Rock served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force and led a 140 person, 24 hour/7 days a week military aircraft supply chain management operation valued at $80 million. Following the 9/11 attacks, she assisted Pacific Command leadership in the development of logistics plans for the deployment of equipment and personnel supporting operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Ms. Rock graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy, earned a Masters Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University, and possesses a Project Management certificate from the Project Management Institute.
