William Y Tauscher

WILLIAM Y. TAUSCHER has been a member of the Board of Directors since May 12, 1998. He is the Managing Member of The Tauscher Group, which invests and assists in the management of enterprises involved with home products, transportation, security and real estate. He also is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Artisoft, Inc. (dba Vertical Communications, Inc.), a communications technology company, and Chief Executive Officer of L.Kee & Company, a Chinese home textile manufacturer. He was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Vanstar Corporation from 1987 until 1999.
