Tracy Taylor became associated with Williams & Jensen in 1996 and became a Principal in 2003. Her practice focuses on telecommunications, technology issues, consumer protection, and immigration. : Ms. Taylor has been involved in government and politics since moving to Washington in 1985. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Taylor served in the administration of President George H.W. Bush as director of a Federal advisory committee and head of a grant program at the Agency for International Development. She was staff director for International Programs for the 1988 and 1992 Republican Conventions, worked on the 1988 Inaugural, and was involved with media for the Florida state party during the 1992 election cycle. Ms. Taylor also served as staff coordinator for the International Republican Institute and has worked at the Republican National Committee in Strategic Planning and on Capitol Hill for then-Congressman Jim Courter. , Ms. Taylor has volunteered on a number of different Republican campaigns and remains involved in California state activities. She is a member of the California and District of Columbia bar associations, and also is an active member of the Federal Communications Bar.
