William D Morton

William D. Morton, II, also known as Bill, serves as Chairman and owner of Morton Capital LLC. Mr. Morton served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Morton Custom Plastics, LLC. Mr. Morton served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Morton Industrial Group, Inc., (Formerly, MLX Corp.) from 1998 to October 1, 2007. He served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Morton Metalcraft Co. from 1989 to its merger into Morton Industrial Group, Inc. in 1998. He joined Morton Industrial Group, Inc. in 1988 as an Executive Vice President. He served as Chairman of Morton Industrial Group, Inc., since 1998. He has been an Independent Director of A.S.V. Inc. since April 24, 2007. He serves as a Director of Advanced System Designs, Inc. Mr. Morton serves as an Executive Director of RMH Acquisition, LLC. He is a Trustee of Bradley University. He is a Member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Mr. Morton received a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1970.
