Danny David is a partner in the firm’s Securities and Shareholder Litigation Practice group, skilled in M&A litigation and other fiduciary duty cases before the courts of Texas and Delaware. Since 2009, Mr. David has worked on litigation related to over 25 mergers with an aggregate transaction value of over $70 billion. In 2010, Mr. David was selected by Law 360 as one of the top 10 lawyers in the nation under the age of 40 in the area of securities litigation and was selected as one of Houston Business Journal’s “40 under 40.” Prior to joining the firm, Mr. David was an associate with McKinsey & Company, where he focused on issues relating to corporate strategy for clients in the energy industry.
