John and Amy serve as trustees of the Blue Ridge Foundation and the John and Amy Griffin Foundation. In addition, Amy serves as a trustee of The Boys' Club of New York and is Vice President of its Women's Board. She is actively involved in the education reform movement, serving as a board member of KIPP Academy and KIPP NY, Inc. John serves as Founder and President of Blue Ridge Capital, an investment management firm. He is a Visiting Professor at the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the school’s foundation. He is also the Founder of iMentor, which uses technology to create a new, powerful mentoring model, and serves on the boards of Robin Hood, the Tiger Foundation, and the Julian H. Robertson Family Foundation.
