SARA WILLIAMS WILLARD, Senior Project Manager, has over 17 years of experience in real estate investment and development. Sara came to the industry through an educational background in city planning and began her career in real estate finance with Prudential Capital performing loan work-outs and acquisitions for the DC-based REIT, CarrAmerica. After graduate school she went on to successful tenures at real estate private equity funds Greenfield Partners and MacFarlane Partners acquiring over $460M in development opportunities. Prior to joining Hudson, she was Director of Acquisitions and a project manager for a small boutique developer in Manhattan. Sara received a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of City Planning from the University of Virginia.
