JoAnn A. Reed has served as a Director of the Company since May 2006. Ms. Reed served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to March 2008. From 1992 to 2002 she served as Senior Vice President, Finance. She joined Medco Containment Services, Inc. in 1988. Her prior experience includes CBS, Inc., Aetna/American Re-insurance Co., Standard and Poor's, and Unisys/Timeplex. Ms. Reed is a Director of American Tower and a Trustee of St. Mary's College of Notre Dame.
