Vir Nanda is a successful serial entrepreneur. He co-founded Intercept Systems Inc. in 1986. Intercept Systems provided software, ATM and Core Processing services to the Community Banks. At InterCept Group he was a Senior/Executive Vice President responsible for all of its Technology development. He was one of the founders responsible for taking InterCept Group public in June, 1998. Intercept was bought by Financial Information Services, a division of Fidelity National Financial, in 2004. In the year 2004 Mr. Nanda founded SureServ, LLC; a company with business focuses in the areas of Business Processing Outsourcing, and Software Development. He served as its Chairman and CEO. SureServ was closed in the year 2009. He is currently retired. Mr. Nanda has a Master of Science degree in Physics from Delhi University, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. He has been married to Lucy for thirty-nine years, and they have two children, daughter Aarti, and son Sameer, and four grand children.
