Blenda J Wilson

Blenda J. Wilson, Ph.D. served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Nellie Mae Education Foundation from July 1999 through December 2006. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 2003 to 2006, serving as Chairman in 2006. Dr. Wilson was President of California State University, Northridge from 1992 to 1999 and also served as a director for UnionBanCal Corporation from 1993 to 1999. Dr. Wilson is currently Acting President of Cedar Crest College. Dr. Wilson has served as a director of the Company since August 2003.
