Debora Plunkett

From 2014 to 2016, she was Senior advisor to the Director of the NSA. Previously, she served as Deputy Director and for over four years as Director of NSA's Information Assurance Directorate. She conceived and established the National Cyber Security Assistance Program and advised Executive Branch decision-makers, including the National Security Council, on cyber issues. Currently she is a Senior Fellow at Harvard University's Belfer Center and a professor in the cybersecurity graduate program at the University of Maryland University College.
