in January 2002 as a Senior Associate responsible for federal appropriations and policy work. In this capacity, Mr. Rodill represents interests of clients ranging from business organizations, industry and trade associations, and academic institutions to state and local governments. Mr. Rodill provides strategic counsel and correspondence on a wide range of federal policy areas and initiatives including federal appropriations, medicare, economic development, energy, civil works and water projects, transportation projects, education initiatives and homeland security. Mr. Rodill has vast campaign experience working for the 2004 Republican National Convention in Official Proceedings as Session Scheduler. In this capacity, he coordinated all logistical and strategic planning for Session 4 of the convention which included Vice President Cheney, Governor Romney, Governor Lingle, Lt. Governor Healy, Secretary Chao, Senator McConnell, Senator Miller, Congressman Ryan, Congresswoman Capito and Michael Reagan. Mr. Rodill also worked on the Campaign of Robert Ehrlich for Governor of Maryland and Governor Ehrlich’s transition team, as well as Senator Specter’s re-election campaign. Mr. Rodill serves on the board of the Pennsylvania State Society of Washington, D.C. and is a Commissioned Colonel in the Order of Kentucky Colonels by Governor Ernie Fletcher of Kentucky. Mr. Rodill received Bachelor of Science degrees in both International Studies and Political Science with a focus on International Economics from Towson University.
