Ms. Pellerin is a Founding Partner of The Normandy Group, L.L.C. and has nearly 20 years of experience in Washington, D.C. in the U.S. House of Representatives and in the government affairs industry. Since joining the team that comprises The Normandy Group, Ms. Pellerin has contributed to its growing appropriations practice as well as helping to establish a substantial health care and education practice for the firm. Prior to creating The Normandy Group, Ms. Pellerin served as an Appropriations Legislative Liaison for Congressman Bonilla. In this position, Ms. Pellerin was responsible for overseeing and implementing the Congressman’s appropriations initiatives and projects in the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Bill. Ms. Pellerin also drafted several legislative provisions that were enacted into law, and helped the Congressman secure millions of dollars for projects in his congressional district. Prior to working for Congressman Bonilla, Ms. Pellerin worked for the House Appropriations Committee’s Ranking Member, Representative Conte. After leaving Capitol Hill, Ms. Pellerin served as a government relations specialist focusing on appropriations for the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), and then for The MWW Group where she established the firm’s appropriations practice. Ms. Pellerin continues to work with NACHC to more than double the capacity of community health centers nationally to serve millions of additional patients. Since beginning her work with NACHC seven years ago, federal funding for the program has grown by 90 percent. Ms. Pellerin has a BA from Syracuse University in Policy Studies and Public Relations.
