Elaine Kitamura

Elaine Kitamura, who has spent the past 29 years involved in public relations, advertising and marketing, has been with ClearChannel Outdoor for 14 years. In her role as Director of Public Affairs, Elaine manages and coordinates advertising for the not-for-profit organizations in our local community. Her favorite part of the job is receiving opportunities to meet great organizations that could benefit in getting their message across in a large scale. Elaine is a graduate from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications. Her community involvement consists of being an active member in the Executive Development Institute, as well as serving on the Board for the Seattle Police Foundation.
