Lance Zinman

Lance is a Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and is Chair of the Chicago Financial Services Practice. He has a broad range of experience within the corporate and financial regulatory fields. He focuses his practice on representing hedge funds, commodity pools, proprietary trading firms, private equity funds and investment advisors with respect to their corporate, transactional and regulatory matters.
