Jeffrey Lawrence

Mr. Jeffrey Lawrence is a senior partner in the firm specializing in corporate, commercial and joint venture activity, maritime regulation, antitrust and trade regulation, and financing. Mr. Lawrence represents U.S. and international companies and associations engaged in the maritime and intermodal transportation, shipbuilding, travel, and offshore energy industries. Mr. Lawrence received his J.D. degree from Rutgers University Law School in 1977. Following graduation, he served as legal counsel to a commissioner at a federal energy agency. In 1979 Mr. Lawrence entered private practice. He has been a partner in Sher & Blackwell since its founding.
