Anthony Pergola is the vice chair and co-founder of Lowenstein Sandler's Tech Group. He assists emerging, growth, and later-stage technology businesses, as well as the venture funds that finance them in venture capital investments. Mr. Pergola maintains an active role with venture capital firms that assist companies in the New York and Mid-Atlantic region. Graduating summa cum laude from Saint Peter’s College with a B.A. in political science, Mr. Pergola went on to receive his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he graduated cum laude. He is a former member of the Board of Regents; his wife, Maureen, also serves the College, as a member of the Alumni Board. They have two sons, Anthony and Mark, and reside in Berkeley Heights, N.J.
