Mr. McNally was Chief Executive Officer of Harris Trust and Savings Bank and Harris Bankcorp, Inc. from September 1993 to September 2002 and Bankmont Financial Corporation from April 1998 to September 2002, and Vice Chair of Bank of Montreal from 1990 to September 2002.
