Ms. Maldonado joined the firm in 2003, and is a shareholder specializing in litigation. She has a broad range of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts and before a variety of federal, state and local agencies. She represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including cases brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and other state wage and hour laws, the False Claims Act and other state whistleblower statutes, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
