Ms. Eberle is a shareholder specializing in complex litigation. She has successfully tried cases to verdict, argued numerous appeals in federal court, and has extensive experience in briefing and arguing to state and federal courts. She has also represented individual clients in mediations and before a variety of federal, state, and local agencies. Ms. Eberle serves as a Special Assistant Deputy Attorney General to a number of states suing dozens of pharmaceutical companies for pricing practices under state Medicaid fraud statutes, False Claims Acts, and consumer protection laws.
