Ben Noble

Noble is a Principal at Troutman Sanders Strategies. For over a decade, Noble has been working in the public policy arena of Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience as a congressional staff person for members of the Senate Agriculture Committee, Senate Finance Committee, Senate Energy Committee and Senate Appropriations Committee. These experiences allowed him to gain an intimate knowledge of the legislative process and a diverse background in issues related to agriculture, international trade, appropriations, rural development, environment, research, healthcare and biotechnology. Currently, Noble and the federal affairs team serve as Washington representatives to Fortune 500 companies, municipal and county governments, universities, and a number of other business interests. Noble is a former trade association executive and previously served as a policy advisor to both U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln (D-AR) and U.S. Senator Dale Bumpers (D-AR).
