Ingrid M. Ensing is founding principal at Amplified Leadership. As an executive coach and consultant, she works with executives and leadership teams to transform their leadership capacity, increase effectiveness, and spearhead organizational change. To this effort, she brings to bear her experience as a management consultant, knowledge as organizational scholar, and appreciative approach as a leadership development professional. Her clients include Fortune 50 companies Microsoft and JP Morgan Chase. Prior to founding Amplified Leadership, Ingrid led executive and leadership development initiatives at Microsoft from 2004-2011, including, managing high potential development for the company’s top 200 leaders. Ingrid worked in teaching and coaching roles with Duke Corporate Education, Fuqua School of Business Executive Education (Duke University), and McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin. She also held consulting roles with Coopers & Lybrand. Ingrid is an award-winning scholar with publications in management and scholarly journals. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University; MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University; and BA from Claremont McKenna College with majors in Economics and American Studies.
