Sabrina Gracias is vice president of investor relations at Valor Equity Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm. She is responsible for new business development, fundraising and client service. Prior to joining Valor Equity Partners in 2006, she was a regional director at Frank Russell Company and a principal at State Street Global Advisors in Institutional Sales, responsible for marketing alternative and traditional asset class strategies to endowments, foundations and pension plans. Ms. Gracias received her B.A. in marketing from Georgetown University, a C.E. in finance from Oxford University, England, and received her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2000. She serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Erikson Institute and a member of its Investment Committee, a Foundation board member for the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, and a founding member of the ML Gracias Family Foundation. She also previously served on the Alcuin Montessori School board. She has been active in the Parent Association at Latin and has served as a grade chair and co-chair of Romans Run. She and her husband, Antonio, have three children, two of them attend Latin.
