Seth E Schofield

Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, USAir Group. Mr. Schofield graduated from the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development in 1975. He served in various corporate staff positions after joining USAir in 1957 and became Executive Vice President of Operations in 1981. Mr. Schofield served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 until 1991. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in 1991 and became Chairman of the boards of USAir Group and USAir, Inc. in 1992. Mr. Schofield retired in January 1996. He is a director of United States Steel Corporation and Calgon Carbon Corp.
