THOMAS G. ECHIKSON'S practice focuses on complex environmental and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Echikson counsels clients and litigates cases involving claims for costs and damages associated with contaminated properties, including toxic tort, contaminated site cleanup, cost recovery and natural resource damage issues. Mr. Echikson defends clients in civil and criminal enforcement matters under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and RCRA. He also represents clients in administrative and regulatory rulemaking, permitting and variance proceedings before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as well as review of EPA rules before the Courts of Appeal.
