Christopher specializes in the areas of economic development, transportation and labor law. Prior to his tenure with Patricia Lynch Associates, Christopher developed an expertise in both state and municipal government. Christopher worked as an assistant counsel in the New York State Senate Majority Counsel's Office earning a supervisory role with responsibility for several committees including Transportation. As deputy counsel to the New York Republican State Committee, Christopher practiced in campaign finance and election law and represented the campaign of Governor George E. Pataki. During his tenure as the village attorney for the Village of Schuylerville, Christopher acquired detailed experience in municipal law. Christopher possesses a law degree from Albany Law School and a bachelor of science in economics (cum laude) from Union College. In 2011, Christopher was appointed by the Appellate Division Third Judicial Department as a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness. Christopher is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association.
