Claudia A Hrvatin

Claudia Hrvatin is an associate in King & Spalding’s Government Advocacy and Public Policy Practice Group in Washington, D.C. With more than 10 years of experience in Washington, Ms. Hrvatin has worked both on Capitol Hill and in the private sector. Before joining King & Spalding, Ms. Hrvatin spent more than five years as part of Shaw Pittman’s Government Relations group. Prior to entering private practice, she served for five years on Capitol Hill, most recently as Legislative Director to Representative Chris Cannon of Utah. As chief policy advisor to Representative Cannon, she handled both his Judiciary Committee and Science Committee posts, advising specifically on the areas of aeronautics, immigration, intellectual property and technology, as well as on an array of other issues, including appropriations, health care, parliamentary procedure and tax. A native of San Francisco, California, Ms. Hrvatin is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and earned her law degree from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Ms. Hrvatin is a member of the bar of the District of Columbia.
