Since 2001, Mr. Richardson has served as a board member of multiple companies. Currently, he serves as a director of two companies listed on NASDAQ. His experience includes service as chairman of the board, independent lead director, chair of the audit and compensation committees, as well as corporate governance committee membership. He also provides strategic financial consulting advice to certain companies. Prior to 2001, Mr. Richardson spent 24 years as a senior financial and operating executive with five different high technology companies. He has extensive experience in operations, internal and external financial matters, and governance and legal affairs. Prior to embarking on his business career, he practiced public accounting and law. He is both a member of the bar (inactive) and a C.P.A. (retired) in Oregon. Mr. Richardson serves on the boards of the Oregon Historical Society and the Oregon Sports Authority. Mr. Richardson graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 1970 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting. He received his M.B.A. in 1972 from the University of Portland and his J.D. in 1976 from the Lewis & Clark Law School. He has also attended the Stanford Director’s College. Mr. Richardson and his wife, Gaye, reside in Portland with their daughter a college student..
