Ken Dreifach represents and counsels clients on complex issues involving information privacy and data law, online liability, and consumer regulatory law. Ken has more than twenty years of experience in high-profile regulatory, in-house and private practice roles, addressing cutting edge Internet law and privacy issues. Ken is a graduate of New York University School of Law, and Wesleyan University. He began his legal career as a judicial clerk for Judge Phyllis Kravitch of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
