William T. Graham is an attorney in Winston-Salem. From 1987 to 1995, he served as North Carolina Commissioner of Banks. He formerly was a Superior Court Judge, and served as Assistant General Counsel in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Graham has been involved in numerous political campaigns and served as chairman of North Carolina’s Bush/Quayle campaign in 1988.
He received his A.B. in economics from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of Virginia. He is a native of Waynesboro, Virginia.
