Scott Parven

At AOL Time Warner, Scott Parven represented a number of the company’s internal clients including AOL, Time Inc, CNN and Turner Broadcasting. His international and domestic government relations portfolio on behalf of the company’s senior executives included issues of tax, international trade, intellectual property and other issues of importance to the individual businesses. Parven has also had successful stints at the global law firm Mayer Brown under Secretary Mickey Kantor and at the Federal Policy Group. At Mayer Brown he was Chairman, Public Policy and represented a wide range of business interests for the firm. Scott Parven has notably been affiliated with centrist Democrats for his entire professional career and has developed close relationships with Members of Congress and staff in driving market-based solutions to public policy problems.
