Hill is an owner and vice chairman of the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club. He is an independent member of the Board of Governors of the NCAA, a member of the Board and Secretary of the NBA Retired Players Association and a member of the Board of Governors for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Hill is the founder and chairman of Hill Ventures, through which he has developed more than $200 million of commercial real estate as well as four television stations. Hill is an Olympic gold medal winner and a member of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame following a 19-year career playing in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Empire State Realty Trust owns, manages, operates and acquires office and retail properties in the greater New York metropolitan area, including the Empire State Building. Campbell Soup Company, founded in 1869, manufactures and markets food and beverage products. Hill is also the co-founder and a member of the investment committee of Penta Mezzanine Fund.
