Alan J Karcher

First Vice President on the National Democratic Legislative Caucus and a member of the Democratic National Committee. He also serves in the New Jersey Assembly and was Majority Leader (1980-1981), Speaker (1982-1986) and Minority Leader (1986-1987). Mr. Karcher is also on the City Counsel of Rahway, New Jersey and served on the Borough Counsel of Sayreville, New Jersey, was Secretary to Governor Richard J. Hughes and Secretary to New Jersey Senate President John Lynch.
