As Chief Marketing Officer, Rob Price has shifted CVS/pharmacy’s strategy from mass media to more targeted customer engagement. Under his direction, CVS/pharmacy’s ExtraCare program has grown to 69 million active members. Rob has integrated CVS.com and the retail stores to provide greater access and personalization for customers. His efforts have contributed to the retailer’s industry-leading growth. Rob began his career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Company. He then directed business development for Hardees restaurants. Thereafter, Rob led Marketing for Texas-based H-E-B Grocery. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Wawa Food Markets. Rob has led corporate fundraising campaigns for Easter Seals and United Way, and he was a host parent for the Chernobyl Children’s Project. Rob has served on the Boards of Junior Achievement of the Delaware Valley and the Vilna Center for Jewish Heritage. In 2010, Rob collaborated with his wife and three sons on a CD of original music to raise awareness and funds for Haiti earthquake relief. This effort was recognized by the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund and President Préval of Haiti. Rob holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University. He earned an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was named a George F. Baker Scholar. Rob served for two years as a guest faculty member in the Wharton M.B.A. program. He is a member of the 2012 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
