Shamina Singh joined MasterCard as Vice President of their Government Services and Solutions division. In this role, she works with governments and public sector stakeholders to leverage MasterCard technology to address global issues such as financial inclusion and transparency. Prior to joining MasterCard, Shamina headed government and public affairs for Nike and spent five years with Citigroup's global community development group. Over the course of fifteen years in the public sector, she held senior positions within the Clinton administration, the U.S. House of Representatives, electoral campaigns and national non-profit organizations. She is a Henry Crown Fellow with the Aspen Institute, a Young Global Leader with the World Economic Forum and served on a joint Presidential and Congressional Advisory Commission on Military Leadership Diversity.
