Craig Zodikoff serves as Managing Principal for Cresa San Francisco. Cresa San Francisco is the commercial real estate industry's largest tenant representation firm with over 50 offices nationally and 800 employees. His real estate experience includes real estate portfolio strategy, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, build-to-suits, site election, labor analysis, state and municipal tax and non-tax incentives and dispositions. He has completed over 200 transactions ranging from 1,200-1.3 million square feet in urban, suburban and remote markets around the country and has managed individual accounts in excess of over of 12 million square feet. Craig has worked in commercial real estate for over thirteen years, following three years in the practice of law. Through both regional and national account relationships, Craig has lead projects within every asset type from sales offices to headquarters, R & D to major distribution centers, including over 6.5 million square feet of build to suit projects. His expertise spans many industries including financial services, law firms, life sciences, technology, non-profits, consumer products and manufacturing. A consistent top producer, Craig has been quoted in articles appearing in Commercial Property News, Barron's, Real Estate Forum and The San Francisco Business Times. At the beginning of his career, Craig was a practicing attorney focusing in the areas of corporate law, bankruptcy and commercial real estate. Craig lives in San Francisco with his Partner of over 14 years, Jay Grant, and their children Avery and Jesse.
