Kevin Glazer

Kevin E. Glazer served as a Vice President of First Allied Corporation since 1986 and is currently the Co-Chairman. Mr. Glazer was employed by, and worked on behalf of, Malcolm Glazer and a number of entities owned and controlled by Malcolm Glazer, for more than past ten years. Mr. Glazer has been Director of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, Inc. since May 1994. He also serves as a Director of Savannah Bank N.A. Mr. Glazer has been Director of Houlihan's Restaurant Group Inc. since September 16, 1992. He serves as a Director of Manchester United plc. and Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. . Mr. Glazer graduated from Ithaca College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
