Howard K. Alperin is a partner with over 20 years of litigation and trial experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Mr. Alperin also has an extensive transactional practice, giving him the unique ability to handle all facets of his clients' ongoing litigation and transactional needs. Mr. Alperin's litigation practice includes the representation of individuals and corporations in complex business, entertainment, and intellectual property litigation matters, including those relating to unfair competition, false and deceptive trade practices, media torts (including misappropriation of name and likeness, defamation and invasion of privacy), securities/consumer fraud class action litigation and a broad range of other corporate and commercial litigation matters. Mr. Alperin has also successfully prosecuted and defended S.L.A.P.P.
