Sales: $7.9 billion in 2007. Publicly traded firm also controls Pace (salsa), Pepperidge Farm (Goldfish, crackers), Prego (spaghetti sauce), V8 (tomato juice) brands. Stock up 4% in last 12 months. Today third generation owns half of company.
