Peter Rosenblum is a partner at Foley Hoag LLP. Peter Rosenblum counsels a broad range of clients in diverse industries concerning business and regulatory matters, financing strategies and structuring of corporate transactions. He is actively involved in the Foley Hoag’s corporate and corporate finance practices, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and other public and private offerings of securities. He also provides comprehensive representation to companies in technology, energy, life sciences, investment management, consulting and other industries concerning corporate governance, financings, management compensation and succession and liquidity events. Peter currently serves as Chairman of the firm's Business Department. Peter served as Co–Managing Partner of Foley Hoag from 2000 to 2005 and was a Member of its Executive Committee from 1997 to 2005. Prior to entering the private practice of law, he served as Law Clerk to Chief Justice G. Joseph Tauro of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Peter has also lectured and taught classes at Harvard Business School and Boston University School of Law. Peter holds a B.A., summa cum laude from Amherst College, a M.A. from Yale University, and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
