Max Mallory is a senior associate at Hamilton Place Strategies, providing clients with a range of strategic communications services. His primary area of focus is digital and new media strategy. Prior to joining HPS, Max worked at SCOTUSblog, a website dedicated to coverage of the United States Supreme Court. As the site’s deputy manager, he oversaw all web strategy and development aimed at addressing the blog’s principle challenge: simultaneously engaging a hard core of attorneys, experts, and public officials seeking deep analysis of legal issues, as well as more casually interested members of the public seeking a basic understanding of the often-opaque workings of the Supreme Court. Additionally, Max assisted with broader blog strategy and operations, including case coverage, author outreach, online symposia, generation of sidebar content, and management of social media properties. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Max received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
