Tom Kise is a director at Hamilton Place Strategies, specializing in advocacy and communications. Kise has over a decade of experience in the political and public affairs sector. Most recently, he served at the Republican National Committee (RNC) as the Director of Coalitions. Before joining the RNC, Kise was a Director at the DCI Group, where he managed multi-faceted issue advocacy campaigns for clients focused on federal and state legislative affairs. A veteran of numerous political and issues campaigns, Kise brings extensive experience in coalitions building, strategic messaging, crisis management, brand development, and media relations. Kise has worked around the county at all levels of American politics. In 2008, he served as a spokesman for the McCain-Palin campaign. In this role, he was responsible for the communications strategy in seven states, including Colorado, a key battleground state. Prior to the McCain-Palin campaign, Kise was the Executive Director of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s California Dream Team and a Senior Advisor for Communications and Coalitions to Governor Schwarzenegger’s re-election campaign. Kise graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. He currently lives with his wife, Ann Marie, and their two sons in Arlington, Virginia.
